I am a visionary in regards to men and the negative stigmas of trauma. I understand addiction, and recovery and have a personal experience with addiction. I believe in the human spirit the power of prayer, and spirituality. I love to laugh because its good medicine. If we can laugh more I truly believe we can achieve more.
